I like to listen to bands like panic! at the disco, fall out boy, twenty one pilots, my chemical romance, etc. I love to draw in my free time and when im stressed. i'd also love to meet new people but get too nervous. I guess I have social anxiety and its not fun.

...See more I mean im just leaving middle school, but this has nothing to do with that. I seriously dont know if I am suffering, or even should be suffering from anything but I always feel very concious of my actions, even with very small ones. Examples of my thoughts when this happens is "Should you get up to go throw away this piece of paper? No, everyone will stare at you and think your weird and disrupting the class if you do that." Another one is "You should bring your instrument home to practice so you can get better...no, don't. People are going to look at you and think you're weird for bringing an instrument home." Sometimes, I even get scared when im just sitting in my seat doing my work like a normal person would. I would talk to adults too about my problems but I dont trust them. Its like im scared of everyone judging me because of my thoughts. My doctor actually reccomended me a therapist because of it, and my dad said "Remember what your doctor said? You need a therapist? Im not going to sign you up for anything because you're weak and can't even cope with your own problems." Im just very confused and scared at the same time. please help.
