I am a trained active listener and as someone who has previously struggled with weight loss, I enjoy providing encouragement to people struggling with similar issues. As a mom of two teenage boys, I also welcome the opportunity to support new parents or those dealing with family or work stress.
When I’m not lost in a book, I have fun volunteering, camping, hiking, writing, spending time with my family and drinking the occasional cup of tea.
