...See more Hi guys this is my first thread and I'm super nervous. For the first time in my life I finally decided to reach out for the doctor and get some help. I've been sick the past few days and during that time my sudden cry attacks and sleepless nights got worse and worse. I got to the point where I thought that if I don't seek out for help asap I'm gonna completely lose myself one day. The problem is that I haven't told anyone about my struggles throughout the years. So how am I going to explain a doctor who I only met once about my problems? I'm super shy and if I get a rejection I always accept it, which is why I'm scared to bones that in the perspective of my doctor I'm only exaggerating things. How did you get into a conversation with your doctor and how did you manage to make them take you serious?
