...See more HI my name is kissa (narkissa) and im very very new here. im trying to get over my fears and anxietys. im scared of just about everything and being in a social place really frightens me, usually to tears.. but im trying to get better and not get so depressed and scared... i get so much nervous energy in crowds i dont know what to do i just want to curl up in a ball and dissapear into the world. become the nothing i know i am.. i want to stay unnoticed and not have all the problems that come with being social..but...i cant do that... i have to change and i know i do so..does anyone have any advice?
