Hi, I'm glad you found me on 7cups of tea! I have a bit of experience in PTSD, depression, anxiety and eating disorders. I'm a paramedic student and have been trained to help de-escalate, refer and support people who are struggling with emotions, mental illness, difficult times, or just need a chat to let out some steam or talk with someone friendly.
