...See more I had to say goodbye to my soulmate today. He didn’t die, he just disappeared, again. We met 14 years ago, we had 1 week of a true love affair that is usually seen on the silver screen! We shared hopes and dreams, wished on stars, and fell completely, madly, incredulously in Love. Through life circumstances and what-not, we were not able to stay together. We kept in touch sporadically for 13 years. Then, I took a 6 hour (round trip) drive to see him for 20 minutes. It was the best 20 minutes! Completely worth the drive time. It was like all the years faded away. It was him and me, and he held me, and I breathed him in. Finally, after all the time that passed, it was us. We lost touch again a few months after our reconnection.. and today I sent a final message. I just ‘Can’t’ anymore.. What I know as truth is this.. In my next life, I’m looking for him first. Thank you for listening.

...See more I love him I love him I love him!! He and I met about 14 years ago. We shared 4 amazing, life altering, soul bonding days together. However, distance and life circumstances kept us apart. We kept in touch sporadically over the years. Finally, I was able to make a 6 hour round trip drive to spend 20 minutes with him. The most fabulous 20 minutes that I could’ve hoped for. It was like the 14 years didn’t exist. It was me and him, I held him close and our hearts beat as one. He held me as close to him as he could, and we breathed each other in. He is my soul mate... my One... and I can hold him only in my dreams. That’s where I keep my love for him, How does someone let go of, or get over, their soul mate?? The one thing I know for sure - in my next life, I’m looking for him first. Thank you for listening.
