...See more Lost my husband last year on our 15th anniversary. He was only 35. We have 3 children. I honestly haven’t had a moment to really grieve or mourn because I had to be there for my little ones. I’m working but it’s suffering with the tardiness and callouts. I honestly feel like I am shutting down physically and mentally. Is there such a thing as fmla for grief and stress?
