ED due to a life of PMO

...See more Hello I want to share my story, more like venting. I suffer from ED due to constant PMO. I started when I was 13 or 14….my Dopamine levels were going through the roof as soon as I saw a naked body or the scrambled porn channel there was on cable at that time (90s), that was the start of my sexual life. From there on I did not stop PMO until now. I substituted women with PMO because I was too shy to talk to them, and when I did have intimacy with them it was not as good as PMO, I could not come, I lost erections during the act, but I chuckled that to the fact that I wasn’t that attracted to them (whole separate problem). I’ve always been a loner, shy, suffer from social anxiety…did not go out much. Now in my 30s I am crawling my way out of that, I am doing much better than before, but the PMO was still there. Last week a work friend who has been really cool with me confessed she was into me and wanted a relationship, a very sexual relationship, I indulged but when it came to the act I could not perform. It was really embarrassing, and it was sad because I know what to do and how enjoy sex but I have fried my brain and I can’t be intimate. I have stopped PMO completely, and hopefully it’s not too late to get my brain back together and my sex life together.
