ED due to a life of PMO
Hello I want to share my story, more like venting. I suffer from ED due to constant PMO. I started when I was 13 or 14….my Dopamine levels were going through the roof as soon as I saw a naked body or the scrambled porn channel there was on cable at that time (90s), that was the start of my sexual life. From there on I did not stop PMO until now. I substituted women with PMO because I was too shy to talk to them, and when I did have intimacy with them it was not as good as PMO, I could not come, I lost erections during the act, but I chuckled that to the fact that I wasn’t that attracted to them (whole separate problem). I’ve always been a loner, shy, suffer from social anxiety…did not go out much. Now in my 30s I am crawling my way out of that, I am doing much better than before, but the PMO was still there. Last week a work friend who has been really cool with me confessed she was into me and wanted a relationship, a very sexual relationship, I indulged but when it came to the act I could not perform. It was really embarrassing, and it was sad because I know what to do and how enjoy sex but I have fried my brain and I can’t be intimate. I have stopped PMO completely, and hopefully it’s not too late to get my brain back together and my sex life together.
I wanted to share to you my story. I (34F) just found out that my husband (36M) of two years was addicted to porn. I found out that he does stroke himself while looking at porn photos or videos and even does this after having sex with me. He is a work from home guy and does this even between work hours. he does this on a regular daily basis. I also have found a huge stash of *** videos in his computer.
My husband would say I have a stronger libido than him as I ask for more sex in bed and he refuses most of the time. He would reason that “I dont think I can get it up just like that or Im tired.” When I found out he masturbates by himself with porn after sex with me, I felt heartbroken and torn apart. I even felt inadequate as perhaps I am not attractive enough that he would rather *** himself with porn and look at nicer looking ladies.
come when he watches, and just sometimes strokes himself.

I confronted him about this just recently, that perhaps his low libido might be from his constant porn usage and that it maybe affecting our sexual life and marriage life. He did admit to porn usage and he told he will reduce if not stop. He still continued on.

he finally admitted that he watches porn most of the tome to gauge if he can have an erec**** again in bed with.
But i felt there is a deeper problem here than that.
I am at lost here. I dont know how to fully trust him anymore. But I know he has bigger problems that my paranoid self.
