I am I high school science teacher. I am concerned for the growing mental health crisis in the US, and how our young people are disproportionatly affected. I want to be part of a comunity that challenges mental health stigmas. I feel helpless in the face of these issues, so being a listener makes me feel like I can do something about this situation. Listnening makes me feel like I am contributing. You are not a burden. The bravery you show by sharing gives me an opportunity to feel valuable.
