I have dealt with ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety for nearly half my life (got diagnosed at different times). I’m outgoing and friendly to all, i’m really patient, I always do the most for those I support, and I like to think i’m as good at listening as I am at giving support (when needed!!) for the record I’m also a strong believer in optimism and a good nights rest (whether I sleep or not is irrelevant this is about you) and finally, I make for a fantastic distraction.
