Hi there! I'm glad you found me on 7 cups :)
I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people going through depression, anxiety, ADHD and struggles involving healthy living, relationship stress, and self-esteem. I have been through these issues in the past myself and will be able to hopefully understand you on a deeper level. I believe that with love and compassion for ourselves and others, we can overcome any obstacles in life. I would love to offer you a listening ear and words of encouragement. Do you Say Sorry too Much?

...See more Hi Everyone, PosiPotato here :) I read this recently, and it really made me think... hopefully it does the same for you all here! Im sorry for bothering you. Im sorry for crying. Im sorry for being too much. Im sorry for not being enough. . Sorry. Its a word we use entirely too often to apologize for the space we take up. In the past - and even now sometimes - I apologize too much. I throw out this word when Im feeling less than or like I take up too much space for any situation. Its time we stop letting anxiety speak for us. Stop apologizing for baring our souls. For showing vulnerability. For being ourselves. For loving too much, or caring so much. This isnt something to be sorry about - they are qualities we must praise. If you feel its warranted, always apologize. But, if you have people in your life who make you feel like you have to constantly apologize for being you - say goodbye instead. They dont understand or deserve you in your true form. Lets start taking up space. Be proud and confident where we are. Dont apologize for you. Celebrate it. ❤️ Do you say youre sorry too much? Share here :)
