...See more I've been talking to this woman for a couple months here, and I have no idea what to do. Things started great, we flirted constantly, there was "chemestry", she was excited to have me around. Then 2 weeks in something flipped. She was physically distant/hesitant, which has turned into emotional distance. She has been very open with me about everything saying that she "did not feel a physical connection" (meaning she wasn't drawn to me sexually), which I took to mean I was in the friend zone. Fine, it happens, I'll deal. But she's still romantically interested in me, openly so. I'm so confused. She backs away from kisses or compliments that are remotely intimate, but tells me she feels safe and secure around me. I'd have been gone weeks ago if I didn't feel super connected to her on an emotional level. It's been really hard to wrap my brain around.
