...See more Hey everyone, I’m 17 and struggling really badly with maladaptive daydreaming. Because of severe bullying, I switched to online school, and since I live out in the country without a car or a job, I rarely leave the house. I'm incredibly lonely, have no friends right now, and end up daydreaming all day just to cope. I really want to stop and reclaim my life, but I’m stuck and don’t know what to do. Has anyone else been in a similar situation, and how did you start breaking the cycle?
