...See more I have been dealing with triggers from my sexual assault a lot lately. But I recent school project has me reliving the issues a lot more. Even though people in my life say I am doing better. It doesn't feel like it. It feels like my ptsd is this monster that will always be there and get me when I am weak. I just feel lost in these feelings.
