Mild depression is getting worse

...See more I've had mild depression and anxiety since I was a young teen, I'm now 35 and my anxiety has gotten worse slowly as I've aged but just recently about 2 months ago I noticed my depression has been getting a lot worse. I feel like I can't function and I'm tired all the time but I either sleep too much or not enough and it doesn't seem to matter because I never feel rested. I don't have health care and I'm too broke to pay for the professional help I very clearly need out of pocket. I don't know where to turn and I don't know how to get help when I have no money or health insurance. I'm just so tired...
