I'm 29, a reader, writer and artist with an almost equal love for music and coffee.
I've had my fair share of trauma, stress and mental health problems in the past and have done a lot of work to be where I am today.
Helping people feel a little less lonely and lifting even a tiny bit of the weight off their shoulders will always be worth my time.
