...See more Hey newbie here wanting. I joined because I have had on and off anxiety for most my life. I recently was in the best place I have ever been mentally but suddenly had my first panic attack that wasn’t due to a trigger and came out of nowhere. Ever since I have been fighting off panic attacks daily. I’m hoping to find people that can relate to this and know I’m not alone. 🤞
