...See more I'm tired I m really getting sick of this I don't feel I can handle this anymore I can't accept this thoughts and this urges it's so disgusting and without meaning it's a catastrophic thoughts I can't eat I can't study I can't act normally I can't sleep my life going into nowhere I m scared to act or to stay always thinking in this absolute bad thoughts please help me there's no crisis hotline in my country there's no free doctor to seek I have no money cuz I m a student so what I m gonna do
