Hi there, welcome to 7 cups of tea, whoever you are I'm glad you're looking for someone to talk to. I've struggled with my own mind for many years but have finally reached a point where I feel in control. I still have incredibly rough patches and get very low but I want to be there to listen for anyone willing to talk. I can't say I'm much good with relationships but I know more than my fair share about depression, chronic pain and chronic physical conditions.
