Hard for me to open up

...See more Ok I'm Vincent. I have problems opening up to people even the ones im close to. I shut out a lot of my emotions from people. It's really hard for me to talk about my problems to other people face to face. I've always been a very quiet person. Since I was a kid I didn't get very much positive emotions from my parents. So I seem to bottle it all up till I explode in a rage or in tears. I've always felt alone in the world. That no one really cares for me. So it makes it hard to tell people how I feel and what's wrong with me. I have a fiance that I love a lot. I still find it hard to talk to her about my problems. She beats me with a pillow till I open up a little bit to her. But I'm here search for advice to help me open up and speak my mind.
