Hello! I’m glad you’ve found me on 7 Cups. I’m a trained active listener, currently pursuing a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I like to support people struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, and self-harm, but am up for any conversation! I’ve overcome a lot of these issues in my own life and would like to help by listening to you.
