...See more I’ve been talking to him for about 5 months. My biggest problem is my mental health has gone down hill recently and I’ve been trying to find help but everyday is a struggle. I did flip out on him, I didn’t really mean to I just had a lot going on in the moment. I know I should apologize but I am horrible at opening up. That’s a main reason my mental health has gotten so bad. How should I apologize?

...See more I’ve just recently starting dealing with depression in the past couple months. I’ve never felt so alone in my life. This is my first time trying to get help. I’ve never thought it would get as bad as it has. Every other days a struggle and I just don’t think I can take it becoming a struggle everyday. Modified by @Jili for triggering content
