Hello, my name is Robert. I have decided to become and active listener on 7 cups because I know how hard it can be to talk to someone, especially those close to you. As weird as it sounds, sometimes an unbiased opinion is what you need. I have been through mental and physical abuse, I had a 6-7 year time period of being off and on homeless(on more than off). I have gone through times of drug abuse as well. Ever since then J have really got my life together. I have a beautiful woman beside me. We live in our apartment with out roommates and have three wonderful cats. I have 2 part time jobs for the time being as well now.
Some things I enjoy are being out in nature, meditating, listening to music, playing video games, writing, and reading.
I know sometimes you just want someone to vent to and others want actual help though their tough times. I will do whatever I can to help you get to a better place mentally, so you can get your self to a better place physically. Don't hesitate to get a hold of me, their are no closing hours on helping people. Unless I am sleeping my line is always open.
