Im having a feeling of being lost, betrayed and lonely

...See more Lately, this strong feeling of being lost has come over me. The feeling of not being able to trust anyone's actions or their sworn word. I am a strong believer that your word is your bond and you should be respected off your actions behind thoes words. I have recently been observing the people i am in contact with the most and have felt distrust. I felt as though i am the outcast for various confirmed reason. I have felt alone for sometime although im very strong i find myself pleanty of nights just wishing i can explain my hurt to where someone can understand it. Im not very good at expressing these types of feeling and when i do no one seems to understand. Now i just feel like a scrambled bowl of emotions and confusions and cant seem to go a day without feeling down.
