I am based in Australia. I am 56 years old, been diagnosed with bipolar 1 for 13 years. Also have ADHD. I see a lot of teens in my (redacted) and was a teacher for 20 years before becoming a (redacted) 17 years ago. I am also into brain training and work with dynamic ( redacted) so I’m used to strategy building And listening to people.

...See more 56, been diagnosed for about 14 years , suspect I first had it when I was as around 9. After many years of trauma and now medication, I’m somewhat balanced. I work 1 day a week and write /paint the rest. Happy to listen to anyone going through bipolar/ psychosis stuff. I’ve been there. I can hear you.

...See more On holiday at best mate’s house in different city. My routine out the window, it’s hard to feel comfortable. Mind racing and feeling a bit stuck. Going to get out in the sunshine today instead of staying indoors.
