...See more It's been one year after our divorce and as I sit here and think about our three years total together I get angry. I wish I had loved myself more. I wish I had focused on myself more. I wish that I hadn't let you control my career and my schooling. I wish I had left you the first time you put your hands on me. I hate you for what you took from me. But it doesn't matter because it's a year later and I'm finally happy. I have someone who builds me up and makes my world so much better. I have my degree and I'm going to grad school. I'm finally getting the friends that you drove away back and my life is finally good for once and you can't take that from me.
