Hi there, my alias is Rose and I have been struggling with mental health issues since my early childhood. Because of this prolonged amount of time working to manage said issues, I have developed a keen eye to the beauty/ small triumphs of life despite being encompassed by its darkness. I developed an eating disorder two years ago and began recovering early this year, which is an ongoing process that I am still navigating. This resulted as a physical manifestation of the internal struggles such as depression and anxiety that I was failing to cope with. However, upon asking for help, I was able to receive the supports I needed and was able to reduce the symptoms of my underlying mental health disorders. It is a hope of mine that I can inspire a hope for future prosperity in others' journeys.
