Bio
I am Archana, deeply committed to mental health support and holistic healing. Since April, I have been volunteering with the Vandrewala Foundation, providing online crisis counselling and emotional support to individuals in distress. This experience has strengthened my skills in empathetic listening, crisis intervention, and building trust with clients in vulnerable situations.
My academic and professional background reflects a multidisciplinary approach. I hold a BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery), PGDHM (Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management), and an MBA. Currently, I am pursuing my MSc in Clinical Psychology (2024–2026) at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), with expected completion in April 2026. Alongside my studies, I am preparing for a PsyD to further deepen my clinical expertise.
For over 28 plus years, I have practiced homoeopathic placebo psychology with a clinical and behavioural focus, working with clients experiencing psychosomatic and neurological conditions. My approach integrates homoeopathic remedies, behavioural techniques, motivational strategies, and confidence-building activities.
I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, which allows me to connect with diverse individuals across cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I am eager to contribute my skills as a volunteer listener with 7 Cups, offering compassionate support and fostering resilience in those navigating crises.
