...See more Around this time last year I was in a car accident. I broke my neck back pelvis and left hand, I have brain damage and partial paralysis in my right leg, and rly bad ptsd. I just recently started a new job where I travel a lot so I’m having to be in a car and on the highway a lot. It freaks me out a lot, I find myself clenching the seat the entire way there. Last night my driver switched lanes really fast and the car rocked a little and I started crying and having a panic attack because it triggered my ptsd. I don’t know how to control if, it’s been a year since the accident and I still have these episodes and flashbacks, and nightmares every single night
