Bio

Hello, and Welcome to 7 cups. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with the common day stress of life. This could be anything from work stress, relationship stress or even just individual buildup.  Due to increased requests, I am happy to take chats but try and limit them to 20-30 minutes at a time.  Should you require longer, we can always schedule additional times to meet and continue talking on a regular basis. A little about me,  I enjoy following professional sports and working to live a more active lifestyle. I've overcome a lot of obstacles and traumatic instances in life and would like to help by listening to you. I have almost 13 years of experience working with at-risk youth in a residential and outpatient setting who have a variety of background problems from relationships, to drug use/abuse, gang involvement, educational difficulties and psychological disorders. I currently work as a teacher at a local high school.  My specific field of study is Science (Biology) grades 5-12. Glad you are here!
