Higher anxiety/depression since COVID19

...See more Hello everyone, Throughout my life I have struggled with depression and anxiety. I've been pretty good about keeping on top of it until around last week. For some background, earlier in the month, I had a COVID infection (first in +3.5 years), and although the physical symptoms weren't too bad, it has left me with an elevated heart rate, fatigue and, most troubling, a spike in my general anxiety/depression. Unfortunately, I live/work abroad, so accessing a therapist is a problem. Also, living abroad is pretty isolating and there aren't many people to talk with. I'm just looking to share my story and see if there are other people out there who may be going through the same thing. This sucks and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I respect each and everyone of you for fighting this good fight.
