I am a 35 year old female. I have overcome many obstacles in my life including abuse, OCD, general anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, and PTSD. I have extensively studied psychology to be able to help myself and others. I am a mother to a beautiful baby girl whom at the age of three was diagnosed with cancer but together, she and I pulled through it after 3 years of intense chemo on her part. I live to help others because passing on my knowledge and wisdom truly completes my soul. I can't tell you how many times I needed someone to just listen, but even more so, I craved those that have lived through loss and heartache and struggled to overcome the chaos that sometimes takes hold of our emotional and mental well being. Those that overcome these obstacles naturally give us hope in such dark times and that hope is what I wish to bestow upon others. I have learned that even though some days may feel completely hopeless, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. We just have to hang on long enough to see it.
