...See more I've been three weeks on bed rest due to a foot injury, I can't stand on it and I don't know how long will it take to heal, I'm desperate, I feel full of fear for the pain thinking what if it never goes away? On top of that I had my vacations planned in ten days, everything has been paid of without possibility of a refund and since I was going with other family members, the dates cannot be changed, only a miracle recovery could save me of not spoling my trip. I feel weak, I feel really bad and sick of just waiting for my body to respond and let me continue with my life! Anxiety is really bad but medication is not an option due to terrible side effects, I just don't know how to cope while I'm in this situation.
