I’m a registered Mental Health Nurse with 30 years experience in community mental healthcare. This includes working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds experiencing difficulties with aspects of their daily life. Anxiety, depression, loneliness and relationship issues.
I also have significant experience in working with people with autism and ADHD. Giving strategies to maximise wellbeing.
