...See more I have struggled with my eating disorder for years and as I'm sure some of you can relate, it is a really tough battle. I'm constantly in between to I lose weight (which would worsen my relationship with my family and my boyfriend) or do i stay the same weight and be unhappy. I know some day I might learn to accept my weight but it's too hard right now. according to BMI I am not overweight and am no longer underweight, but when I see myself in the mirror I just see a big blob of fat. My therapist has been helping me with this for years. It gets better in phases but lately urges with this and my other problems have gotten worse. 3 months without purging or self harm but ive been hanging on by a thread. I would love to hear your stories.
