Does BWRT work for complex trauma?

...See more A couple of days ago I asked the same question for EMDR but I realise I don't have any therapists near me specialised in EMDR but I have found a therapist specialised in BWRT. Before I commit to any form of therapy, I want to make sure I don't want to quit halfway after I have started. So, does any of you have any experience related to BWRT?
