...See more Hi. I'm new to all this and have got to the stage where I think I need to do something. I have had anxiety issues for around 17 years and everything just seems to be getting worse. I think I am addicted to worrying and if I feel no axiety/panic symptoms or I feel I am not noticing the panic, I worry and make it come straight back. I feel I am in a constant cycle of this since Christmas (Nothing happened to trigger this off). I constantly cannot stop thinking of the worse possible outcome of any situation myself, family or friends do and I feel like I am in fear. I clench my jaw all the time to the point it is painful. I forget to blink, like I am terrified something will happen. My panic symptoms swap and change to what they want to do to my body. I wake up in the night worried feeling like my heart is going to explode out of my chest. I am at the stage now where, if I go anywhere on my own I panic and go lightheaded I don't know if you get this, but family and friends just tell me to calm down. Stop panicking. What are you worrying for, and it doesn't help. They do not understand that if I could then I would. I want to be happy. I want a normal life. I don't want to be fearful. I don't want all these awful symptoms taking over me.
