Hi! Before I described myself I want you to know that you are so brave for getting help. Okay I’ll describe myself now. I am a teen who struggles with anxiety and ADHD so I know what it’s like to want to focus but be unable to do so. I also understand what it’s like to only be able to pick one problem to fix since the medications for ADHD and anxiety cancel each other out. I’m here to get help with my anxiety and find ways to control it :)
