...See more I was very young when I started drinking, I think I was 15. It was a way for me to cope, a way to escape and numb every memory, every emotion. After ten years of daily alcohol consumption, my life is ruined, I lost jobs, my health has declined, I lost friends, relationships. Every morning I wake up I'm covered in sweat and I'm shaking until I drink again and the panic attacks are really hard! I'm depressed, I don't know what to do, I wanna get sober, but at the same time I'm too drained to even try. I can't take it any further. I tried to quit cold turkey, but I ended up in the emergency and I relapsed when I returned home!
