...See more Hey, this is my first time writing something on this app, I have a problem with eating after losing a significant amount of weight and still being unhappy at this point I started to binge eat since Christmas I gained like 14kg back, and I hate my body.  I buy food with the intention to eat it do it anyway and regret it later (I don’t swallow everything/spit some out) but doesn’t help gained weight anyway, I can’t stop, nobody sayd anything but this weight gain is visible and I feel so helpless that I gained the weight back after losing it. I feel constantly watched and judged and it also costs a lot of money as a student it’s taking a toll on me. Not to mention the time I spent buying it and eating it. Can someone help me give me tips re info of how to get out of it thank you I appreciate it.
