...See more So, it’s me, a closeted queer person living in a country where it’s a crime to be one. I watched a podcast earlier about a coming out story, and when her mom said, “I wish you weren’t the first one,” it really hit me. I find it even harder in my situation because I assume that maybe I’m not the first one, but the only one. And then I keep thinking and thinking about it, which makes me even more scared and isolated.
