Hi! My name is Shay. I'm here to help anybody in any age group with depression, anxiety, bullying, eating disorders, self-harm issues and more. I will be online the majority of the time so I will always have the opportunity to talk to you. Being a teenager myself, I've learned to cope with a lot of these problems that I expertise in. I hope we can form a type of bond you normally wouldn't get with a typical therapist.
