I'm 43 and live in Buffalo ny. I care for my mom who has dementia and just need a friend or someone to just listen when I'm dealing with so much in my life.

...See more Bought a bag of coke today and now I'm sitting here wanting to just give up. I don't know what to do. I have no friends, I take care of my mom who has dementia, my 3 brothers are all nasty to me because I didnt succeed like them, I want to go to rehab but nobody can care for my mom and if they could they would want to know why, if I said I'm using again (we've been down this road) I'd be thrown out of the family for good. I'm depressed and cry constantly, I'm super skinny, I have no goals or dreams. Like how does someone get out of this and become someone successful or even worth anything at 43 years of age. I just don't know anymore. I hate this
