...See more I've been struggling with s/h ever since i was 12, I'd only do it once in a while back then, but still. Now that I'm 16, I find it a lot harder to stop harming myself. Most of the advice i received don't work that well. In the past 2 weeks, I've been experiencing a lot of random emotional outbursts, and more than half of the time, it led me to hurt myself impulsively. I've already had a lot of scars on both my thighs and my arms from doing sh, and I always feel guilty whenever I look at them despite wanting to recover. I want to get help or any kind of support from a person i trust, or anyone at all. I want support from my online friends, but i feel like I'd bother them and some of them would choose to ignore me anyway. I want support from an irl friend, but a majority of them would call me "emo" and make fun of me for this. I want support from my family, but they still have a stigma against mental health and the only family members who care about mental health problems don't even take me seriously. I'm really desperate and i don't know what to do, where to start. It's ruining me
