Hi there!

I am so happy that you've decided to come to 7 cups of tea

I'm Hannah - from California and currently, I go to school in Oregon for Community Health Education. My dream would be to travel and volunteer in other countries to create more stable communties.

If you are looking for some advice and some resources, I will attempt to help you the best that I can or lead you in the right direction.

I am a kidney transplant recipent; I have been heartbroken; I have had deaths in the family; I do get very anxious due to different things. I do struggle with managing my emotions.

I am just like you trying to figure out my life and cope with my different struggles. I want to use my experience and hardships to help you overcome your challenges, if I can.

Life can be very hard and you do not have to go through this alone.
