I'm pleased you have found me on 7 cups of Tea. I am a trained listener and support people that going through a lonely or challenging time. 
I have gone through a lot of different experiences in my own life and feel like I can use them as a way to understand and help others.

We are all entitled to express our feelings and opinions without fear of judgement or confrontation. ｡･:*:･ﾟ★ This is personally my first 'thread' posting and I recently came to accept the fact that I think my depression is something I will have to learn to live with, even if it takes on new forms. Why? Because I feel it's an internal thing more than what surrounds me, or what I possess. Even if I were to change my physical circumstance, achieve my goals in life and have the things I need and want, it doesn't change what had already been inside of my own mind. Therefore it will always be a processed cycle of having to face things in my mind and learning how to accept and live with it. So is it really overcome if it's a cycle?
