...See more Hi guys, This is something I'm really struggling with at the moment and I was wondering if someone else has experienced something similar. Sometimes I get this really weird feeling that nothing is real around me, like I'm not actually part of reality. This is so hard to explain. It's like I'm looking at stuff happening around me like I'm not part of it, like I'm watching it from a bubble. This is usually worst in the evening. I don't know how to get out of these states :( Has anyone else experienced this/have any suggestions what I could do in that moment to "snap out of it"?
