Depressed husband, Anxious Wife

...See more Hi guys, so I used to be on meds for my depression, luckily got well enough to come off them after meeting my now wife, so she knows I have had issues in the past. She has Anxiety herself and has just recently started CBT. My only worry is the last few days I have been dipping, similar to some of the feelings I had when my depression was bad, and I know telling her won't help, coz one of her worries is that my depression gets bad again, and she knows when it was bad I had a drink problem which neither of us want to be the case. Hoping it's just a drop but any help much appreciated
