...See more I keep seeing things like Deja Vu that trigger a panic attack, gets me so worked up that i believe I'm about to die and i realize how fragile our bodies actually are. I feel trapped in a relentless purgatory and i don't know what to do or how to explain it to people. I don't wanna do anything because everything is scary to me. And I'm scared of losing my memories because lately my mind hasn't been able to recall much
